13. Parcel Inspection Requirement
13.1. When you receive a parcel from AtoZStore.pk, you are required to create a comprehensive video of the
unboxing process, starting from the exterior packaging to the unveiling of the individual products.
13.2. In the event that the received product(s) is not complete or if your order is not fulfilled according to
your purchase, it is mandatory to record and document the issue through video evidence.
13.3. The video should clearly showcase the entire unboxing process, demonstrating the condition of each item
as it is unpacked.
14. Claim Submission Procedure
14.1. If the product is found to be incomplete or the order is not fulfilled as per your purchase, please
promptly email or WhatsApp us the video as evidence of the discrepancy.
14.2. Claims regarding incomplete products or unfulfilled orders will only be accepted if the required video
evidence is submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the parcel receipt date.
14.3. It is imperative that the video evidence is authentic, unaltered, and clearly demonstrates the issues
faced with the received product(s).
15. Non-compliance with Video Requirement
15.1. Claims for incomplete products or unfulfilled orders will not be accepted if the mandatory video recording of the unboxing process is not submitted.
15.2. If a claim is made without the requisite video evidence, it will be considered null and void, and no compensation or replacement will be provided.
